DESCRIPTION:Death of a Gangster: A 1920s Mafia Marriage Murder Mystery. Lucky you! You have been invited to the Dunn Speakeasy for the wedding of the year. In this married-to-the-mob event\, you will never know who to trust. With two families merging\, someone is bound to lose power\, which means someone else will lose their life. Guests will work with fellow detectives to solve the case. Dress like the cat’s meow for this mafia wedding. Flapper dresses\, zoot suits\, feather boas and headbands\, pinstriped suits\, and fedoras are all appropriate. Traditional wedding attire is welcome too. THE EVENING 6:00 PM – Doors open for check-in and cocktail hour. 7:00 PM – Dinner service and the interactive performance begin. The event runs approximately two hours. THE MENU Autumn Harvest Salad – Mixed greens\, roasted delicata squash\, Honeycrisp apples\, maple-glazed pecans\, dried cranberries\, Wisconsin goat cheese\, and apple cider vinaigrette. Freshly Baked Parker House Rolls – Whipped maple butter. THE BUFFET Greens and harvest salads – Lake Lawn Harvest Salad\, Shaved Brussels Sprout and Cranberry Salad\, and Roasted Beet\, Citrus and Fennel Salad. Harvest yogurt and fruit bar – Greek and vanilla yogurt\, seasonal berries and fresh fruit\, wildflower honey\, house-made granola\, and seasonal fruit compote. Wisconsin artisan cheese and charcuterie – Wisconsin cheeses\, artisanal salumi and cured meats\, marinated and grilled vegetables\, pickled vegetables\, preserves\, cranberry mustard\, and freshly baked rolls. Chilled seafood and smoked fish display – Poached jumbo shrimp\, oysters on the half shell\, and Rushing Waters smoked trout and smoked salmon\, around a holiday ice carving.
